Air quality control is the key to a healthy, well-controlled industrial process. For almost 40 years, we have applied our expertise to support the sustainability of your industry by providing drying and filtration solutions tailored to the most demanding requirements.
Our high-performance filters protect your compressed air system by eliminating water, oil, and particles before they impact your equipment. Designed with premium materials (aluminum and bronze body, epoxy coating) and smart options such as differential pressure gauges, anti-seize threading, depressurization ports, and condensate indicators, they ensure maximum reliability and durability.
To match every application, we provide five filtration levels compliant with ISO 857.1-2010 standards :
Standard Differential Pressure Gauge
All CF filters come equipped with a standard differential pressure gauge that indicates the effective pressure drop within the filter and its filtering element.
High Filtration Quality
Our filter elements with pleated media ensure excellent filtration quality and a long lifespan due to their increased filtration surface area.
Robust Body and Structure
Our filtration bodies are made from aluminum and bronze, an alloy that offers superior durability over time. They are coated with a baked epoxy paint in RAL 5012.
Easy Condensate Drainage
Our filters are equipped with a visual condensate indicator, along with both automatic and manual purge options for simplified condensate drainage.
Facilitated Maintenance
All maintenance operations, as well as maintenance schedules, are made easier through the manual handling of the various filters for the replacement of filter elements. The presence of the differential pressure gauge allows for determining the optimal time for replacing the filter elements.
Extended Lifespan
Our filter elements, easily identifiable by a distinctive colored collar, feature a cylindrical inner and outer framework made of perforated metal. The ends of the filter elements are made of Bakelite, which offers excellent chemical, thermal, and mechanical resistance. These characteristics ensure an extended lifespan for both the filter and the filter elements.
