Quality air is the guarantee of a healthy and controlled industrial process. Thus, for more than 30 years, we have been using our know-how for the sustainability of your industry by offering you filtration and drying solutions adapted to the most demanding needs.
High-performance filters designed to eliminate impurities (water, oil, particles) from compressed air networks. With numerous options (differential pressure gauge, anti-seizing thread, depressurization port, condensate sight glass) and optimal finishing (aluminum and bronze body, epoxy paint), they offer the best solution for filtering your networks.
We offer five distinct filtration grades tailored to your needs and the expected air quality class according to ISO 857.1-2010:
Standard Differential Pressure Gauge
All CF filters come equipped with a standard differential pressure gauge that indicates the effective pressure drop within the filter and its filtering element.
High Filtration Quality
Our filter elements with pleated media ensure excellent filtration quality and a long lifespan due to their increased filtration surface area.
Robust Body and Structure
Our filtration bodies are made from aluminum and bronze, an alloy that offers superior durability over time. They are coated with a baked epoxy paint in RAL 5012.
Easy Condensate Drainage
Our filters are equipped with a visual condensate indicator, along with both automatic and manual purge options for simplified condensate drainage.
Facilitated Maintenance
All maintenance operations, as well as maintenance schedules, are made easier through the manual handling of the various filters for the replacement of filter elements. The presence of the differential pressure gauge allows for determining the optimal time for replacing the filter elements.
Extended Lifespan
Our filter elements, easily identifiable by a distinctive colored collar, feature a cylindrical inner and outer framework made of perforated metal. The ends of the filter elements are made of Bakelite, which offers excellent chemical, thermal, and mechanical resistance. These characteristics ensure an extended lifespan for both the filter and the filter elements.
