As the larger counterpart to the IPE, and a leading reference in the industrial refrigeration sector for 20 years, the IPE+ has been specifically designed and developed to ensure consistent performance for cooling capacities ranging from 217 kW to 762 kW.
Now available in two versions, including a high-energy efficiency model, this new chilled water production unit retains the 100% industrial DNA of the IPE while drawing on CTA's thirty years of experience and innovative technologies. The IPE+ is the optimal solution for all your medium-power industrial applications.
Plug and Play
The IPE+ incorporates a hydraulic module with a pressure transducer, enabling water flow display and enhancing pump protection against low pressure and insufficient flow rates.
Compressors
The latest generation Emerson Copeland compressors provide excellent performance levels while achieving highly efficient energy consumption. Mounted on anti-vibration bases, they significantly reduce vibrations and the risk of refrigerant pipe rupture.
Evaporator
This high-efficiency multitubular heat exchanger features an anti-freeze solution and is paired with an integrated buffer tank, allowing for high efficiency and ensuring a low fouling rate over time.
Structure
Designed to achieve highly effective cooling, the unit includes all components arranged to facilitate maintenance operations that are as simple and safe as possible.
Condenser
Equipped with state-of-the-art copper/aluminum coils, this condenser provides excellent thermal performance, improved efficiency, and lower pressure loss compared to previous versions. Its "V" structure also minimizes exposure to shock and impact risks.

Equipped with numerous mechanical and refrigeration safety features, the IPE+ also boasts permanent connectivity through its state-of-the-art microprocessor, ensuring continuous and precise control of the unit. The IPE+ offers an unmatched level of safety and 100% water distribution tailored to your process needs.
Optimal Control
The regulation of the IPE+ units is managed by a multifunctional microprocessor that finely tunes each component of the refrigeration circuit. The "CTApps" application provides easy access to various parameters of the unit while maintaining maximum security levels.
Modularity
The IPE+ units offer exceptional modularity with an infinite array of options and configurations (over 1,000 different configurations) to adapt to each of your processes. Your installation is unique, and our solutions are fully tailored to meet those needs.
Adaptability
Understanding that conditions can sometimes be extreme, the IPE+ can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +52°C. With special battery coatings and enhanced electrical protections, the IPE+ adapts to the most hostile environments, including corrosive or dusty conditions.
