Quality air is the guarantee of a healthy and controlled industrial process. Thus, for more than 30 years, we have been using our know-how for the sustainability of your industry by offering you filtration and drying solutions adapted to the most demanding needs.
Our MASTERIA dryer range uses the principe of thermal mass refrigeration in order to efficiently dry the compressed air produced upstream in the network. Thanks to its efficient refrigeration system and our patented 3-in1 exchanger, the compressed air is dried by means of an optimal exchange in contraflow over the entire contact surface.
The CTA thermal mass dryers are equipped with the latest generation DTM (DUAL TRANSFER MODE) exchanger, which ensures optimal heat transfer cools the humid air saturated with water, and an air/refrigerant fluid exchanger embedded in an insulated thermal mass, as well as an integrated separator, the compressed air is cooled to a pressure dew point of +3°C.
Our range of dryers allows the achievement of air quality in accordance with the ISO8573.1-2010 standard, humidity class 3 for flow rates ranging from 18 m3/h to3 160 m3/h.
Thermal mass heat exchanger
This patented heat exchanger, the result of CTA research and development, offers great energy savings thanks to its pre-exchanger/saver (from MPE-N 010), its low pressure drop and its high-performance separator. Its DTM technology ensures that the compressed air is not polluted by the refrigerant and guarantees dry, high-quality compressed air in all circumstances.
Refrigeration circuit
It includes all the safety features as standard in order to prevent faults from being generated by misuse. The purpose of these devices is to protect the refrigeration air dryer, but above all to ensure that it functions properly and that the user's process is maintained.
Compressor
Hermetic refrigeration compressors (piston, rotary, scroll) that provide adequate cooling to maintain the dew point under all conditions of use
Controller
The controller is standard on the first models and is designed to optimise the operation of the dryer with a dew point display, condensate drain control and correct operation of the refrigeration circuit. In addition, it allows the reporting of all alarms and malfunctions on the dryer as well as the reminder of maintenance deadlines.
Plug and Play product
Ready to use thermal mass refrigeration dryer with all components directly integrated and allowing easy operation. Masteria dryers are supplied with a power cable, which allows commissioning without having to open the dryer.
Low energy costs
High performance design through its 3-in-1 exchanger which ensures an extremely low pressure drop of 0.15 bar at the expressed nominal flow rate. When the dryer is in partial load, the refrigerant within the exchanger gives up the unused cold to the dry thermal mass that occupies the gaps between the fins and the heat exchanger tubes. The cold is then returned as required to the copper pipes through which the compressed air flows. The refrigeration compressor and fan can therefore be left idle for a long time to save energy. Simplified maintenance
Easy access from the top and side panels of the unit allows optimum maintenance of the dryer. The refrigeration design of Masteria dryers ensures direct access to all components. Technical diagnosis is facilitated by the presence of pressure taps within the refrigeration circuit, as well as the presence of a low pressure gauge on the front panel.
Guaranteed performance
Manufactured and tested in our factories and meeting the ISO8573.1-2010 standard, class 4 humidity, our dryers allow for optimal use over time. The digital controller, guaranteeing correct use and an accurate pressure dew point, ensures that the process downstream of the dryer is protected.
Optimised air circulation
The fan mounted directly in its own housing on the condenser allows for optimum efficiency of the available cooling capacity even at high ambient temperatures.
Record durability and high strength
Its reinforced body, painted in baked epoxy, ensures a long life even in the most corrosive and dusty environments. Its high efficiency condenser, equipped with robust fins, swept by the air without any obstacle allows the possibility of a cleaning and a great behaviour in time.
