For the past 20 years, the IP (Industrial Process) line with R410a has been the absolute reference in industrial cooling, specially designed and developed to provide custom solutions for power ranges from 5 to 327 kW, requiring impeccable quality water/glycol systems. Technology, modularity, and reliability are at the core of this 100% industry DNA series, which features a non-ferrous stainless steel hydraulic circuit to meet the most demanding client processes.
The IPT series offers plug-and-play, compact, and fully equipped chilled water production units capable of adapting to the most demanding user processes. Its stainless steel hydraulic circuit makes it the most reliable and secure solution on the market.
Available in numerous versions and offering unlimited configurations, the IPT R410a is your new ally and key asset for all small to medium industrial applications.
Chassis
Specifically designed for outdoor installation, the chassis is made from galvanized cast steel. It features a powder polyester coating (RAL7035), with other colors available upon request, offering exceptional long-term resistance, including resistance to weather conditions.
Compressor
Latest generation of hermetic Scroll compressors with orbiting scrolls, specially engineered for use with R410a refrigerant.
Evaporator
Stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE) enhances thermal exchange between the refrigerant and the media used. R410A refrigerant flows through the plates while the water + glycol solution flows in a counter-current manner within the protective shell. This reverse flow and optimized exchange length ensure excellent thermodynamic performance and optimal refrigerant superheat with minimal pressure drop on both the refrigeration and hydraulic sides.
Fans & Condensers
Premium axial fans with sickle-shaped blades and high-efficiency motors. Their aerodynamic design minimizes pressure loss, enhancing their efficiency, and they feature IP54 protection. The latest technology copper/aluminum coil ensures excellent thermal performance and better energy efficiency. With their vertical positioning and panel protection, these condensers are less exposed to damage and impacts.
Safety & Durability
The IPT is equipped with numerous mechanical and refrigeration safety features. It also includes continuous operational monitoring via a state-of-the-art microprocessor. This ensures precise monitoring at every moment of use, providing the IPT with unparalleled safety levels and water distribution that is 100% tailored to your process needs. Standard on all models of the range is the latest μChiller Carel, compatible with many supervisory protocols. Additionally, advanced unit control is available through the c.Pco controllers and the "CTApps" application, optimizing unit performance.
Plug and Play
The IPE air-cooled Scroll chillers feature a hydraulic module with a pressure transducer that displays water flow and enhances pump protection against low pressure. With various accessories included, it provides a Plug and Play solution for all users.
