The IPE has been specifically designed and developed to provide a bespoke solution for cooling capacities ranging from 3 to 401 kW. As the smaller counterpart to the IPE with R410a, the Micro series is particularly well-suited for workshop environments, facilitating indoor installations. Technology, modularity, and reliability are at the core of this 100% industry-focused new series.

These plug-and-play chilled water production units are compact and fully equipped to meet the demands of the most rigorous user processes, notably thanks to its patented submerged evaporator, making the IPE series the most reliable and safest solution on the market.

Chassis

Specifically designed for outdoor installation, the chassis is constructed from galvanized cast steel. It features a powder polyester coating (RAL7035), with other colors available upon request, ensuring exceptional durability over time, including resistance to harsh weather conditions.

Compressor

The latest generation of hermetic Scroll compressors with orbiting spirals is specially designed for use with the R407c refrigerant.

Evaporator

The "No Frost" heat exchanger is submerged in a buffer tank and is paired with a standard water pressure pump rated at 3.0 bar. This evaporator provides high thermal exchange performance and optimal protection against freezing. It is equipped with a differential pressure switch to stop the unit in case of low water flow. The evaporator is hermetically insulated to prevent condensation issues.

Fans & Condensers

Premium helical fans feature sickle-shaped blades and high-efficiency motors. Their aerodynamic design minimizes pressure loss, enhancing their efficiency. With IP54 protection, the state-of-the-art copper/aluminum coil ensures excellent thermal performance and improved energy efficiency. Their vertical positioning, protected by a panel, reduces exposure to damage and impacts.

Safety & Durability

The IPE is equipped with numerous mechanical and refrigeration safety features. It also includes continuous operational monitoring through its state-of-the-art microprocessor, ensuring precise control at all times. This provides the IPE with an unmatched level of safety and 100% water distribution tailored to your process needs. All models in the range come standard with the latest μChiller Carel, compatible with various supervisory protocols. Additionally, advanced unit control is available via the c.Pco controllers and the "CTApps" application, enhancing the unit's optimal performance.

Plug and Play

The Micro IPE air-cooled Scroll chiller range includes a hydraulic module with a pressure transducer, allowing for water flow display and enhancing pump protection against low pressure. With numerous accessories, it provides a Plug and Play solution for all users.
